1. General Terms & Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "You") and 365ph ("Platform," "Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 365ph online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated services, games, features, and content available at https://365ph.cam and any related mobile applications or platforms.

By creating an account, accessing the 365ph website, placing any wager, or using any service provided by 365ph, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.1 Amendments to Terms

365ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the 365ph website. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the 365ph platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 365ph, superseding all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The 365ph platform is exclusively intended for individuals who meet all eligibility requirements set forth in this section. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Users must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, place bets, or otherwise use the 365ph platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 365ph strictly enforces age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The 365ph platform is operated for use by residents of the Philippines only. Users must be physically located within the Philippines when accessing the platform, placing bets, or engaging in any gaming activity. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under applicable Philippine law. If you are acting on behalf of any entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register accounts or use the 365ph platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Registration

To use the 365ph platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification upon request for verification purposes.

3.2 One Account per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 365ph. Creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. 365ph employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify 365ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.

3.4 Account Verification

365ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.

3.5 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.6 Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy fees or closure at the discretion of 365ph. Users will be notified via registered email address prior to any action being taken.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds into their 365ph account using approved payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, etc.), over-the-counter payments, and cryptocurrency wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the platform. 365ph does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 365ph account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. 365ph reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds and may freeze or confiscate funds reasonably suspected to be derived from criminal activity, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

4.3 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of available funds from their 365ph account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account verification must be completed prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 365ph account holder.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published on the platform.
• Wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings.
• 365ph reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

365ph endeavors to process withdrawal requests within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet payment methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification or due to circumstances beyond 365ph's control.

4.5 Transaction Errors

In the event of any error, malfunction, or discrepancy related to deposits, withdrawals, or account balances, users must notify 365ph customer support immediately. 365ph reserves the right to correct any such errors and adjust account balances accordingly. Users acknowledge that technical errors may occur and agree to cooperate with 365ph in resolving such issues.

4.6 Currency

All transactions on the 365ph platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be performed at prevailing exchange rates determined by the relevant payment processor.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 365ph platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or betting market. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game-specific rules before placing wagers. Game rules are published on the 365ph platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when confirmed by the 365ph system and a unique transaction ID is generated. 365ph reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bet acceptance is final, and users cannot cancel or modify bets once accepted, except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction as determined by 365ph.

5.3 Settlement of Bets

All bets are settled in accordance with official results as determined by the relevant governing body, league, or game provider. 365ph's decisions regarding bet settlement are final and binding unless a manifest error is identified. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the event conclusion.

5.4 Live Betting

Live or in-play betting is offered for selected sports and events. Odds and available markets change dynamically during live events. Due to transmission delays, users acknowledge that slight discrepancies between actual event timing and displayed information may occur. 365ph accepts no liability for such delays.

5.5 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 365ph platform, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and specialty games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are operated by licensed live dealers in regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

5.6 Return to Player (RTP)

5.7 Maximum Winnings

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

6.1 Promotional Offers

From time to time, 365ph may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, or other rewards ("Promotions") to users. Participation in any Promotion is entirely voluntary and subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to that Promotion ("Promotion Terms"), which are published alongside the promotional offer.

6.2 Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expiration dates, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits as specified in the applicable Promotion Terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied. 365ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus terms are violated.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit promotional offers is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses, associated winnings, and possible account termination. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, collusion with other users, bonus hunting, and irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6.4 Modification and Cancellation

365ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing Promotions may be terminated if abuse is detected or if the Promotion is no longer viable.

6.5 Loyalty Program

365ph operates a loyalty program rewarding users based on their wagering activity. Loyalty points, VIP tiers, and associated benefits are subject to program-specific terms, which may change from time to time. Loyalty points and benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the 365ph platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, identity theft, or any fraudulent activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, or allowing others to access or use your account.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other users to gain unfair advantage, manipulating game outcomes, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using automated bots.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions contrary to their intended purpose, including systematic bonus hunting across multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the 365ph platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other users' accounts, hacking, reverse engineering, or otherwise compromising platform security.
• Offensive Conduct: Harassing other users or staff, using abusive language, posting offensive content, or engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform's operations.
• Circumvention: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise location or identity, or to circumvent account restrictions or self-exclusion measures.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting discrepancies in odds across different platforms or markets to guarantee profit without risk.
• Irregular Betting Patterns: Engaging in betting patterns that appear designed to abuse promotions, manipulate systems, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the platform.

7.1 Investigation and Enforcement

365ph reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms. During investigation, accounts may be suspended, and funds may be frozen. If a violation is confirmed, 365ph may take any or all of the following actions: termination of account, forfeiture of funds and bonuses, reporting to regulatory authorities, and pursuit of legal remedies.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While 365ph endeavors to provide uninterrupted service, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 365ph makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or functionality of the platform. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 365ph's control.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of technical errors, malfunctions, software defects, incorrect game results, or display errors, 365ph reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their state prior to the error. Users acknowledge that technical systems are not infallible and agree that 365ph's liability for such errors is limited to correction of the error and refund of affected stakes.

8.4 Third-Party Services

365ph integrates third-party services, including payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. 365ph is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider.

8.5 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the 365ph platform, including all betting decisions, account security, and compliance with applicable laws. 365ph does not provide gambling advice and is not responsible for any losses incurred through use of the platform.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (after deduction of applicable fees, bonuses, or obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

9.2 Termination by 365ph

365ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification documents, prolonged inactivity, or any conduct that 365ph deems harmful to its operations or other users.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, you will immediately lose access to all platform services, and any outstanding bets may be voided. Any remaining account balance (after deduction of amounts owed to 365ph) will be returned to you, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been satisfied.

9.4 Suspended Accounts

If your account is suspended pending investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms, you will not be able to place bets or access your account. Suspension will remain in effect until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation reveals no wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated. If wrongdoing is confirmed, your account will be terminated and funds may be forfeited.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

10.1 Customer Support

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or issue arising from your use of the 365ph platform, you agree to first contact customer support in good faith to seek resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our support team.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the 365ph platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3 PAGCOR Authority

As a platform operating under PAGCOR supervision, certain disputes may be referred to PAGCOR for review and resolution in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. PAGCOR's decisions on gaming-related matters are final and binding.

10.4 Final Decisions

All decisions made by 365ph regarding interpretation of these Terms, bet settlement, account disputes, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, except where manifest error is proven or where PAGCOR review is warranted.
